Report on our footprint workshop
Posted Mai 1, 2013on:
On Wednesday, 23.4.2013, my colleagues Gudrun Reimerth and Erika Pernold and I offered a workshop on footprints of emergence (an approach by Roy Trevor Williams, Jenny Mackness, Simone Gumtau).
We invested a lot of time in the preparation of the workshop because we were afraid that our participants will not be able to grasp the concept of the footprints in time to do their own footprint as well. And we were worried that we will not have enough time to discuss the results.
Before the workshop we three did a great job in discussing and changing our workshop design. After two concepts and intensive discussions everyone of us did a footprint of the workshop design by herself. And the resulting footprints demonstrated only few possibilities of personal growth during the workshop. Gudrun therefore decided that we have to further develop the design – so finally we finished with a design which worked!
10 persons attended the workshop and we really had fun 🙂
But everything went well – and in the workshop we finished 15 minutes later then planned without getting complaints from the participants.
Looking at these flips it’s easy to observe that Gudrun, Erika and I are really taking different approaches to flips (and footprints as well).
